2. Although he had been kept bound with chains and in fetters for a long time, he broke the bands and was driven of the devil into the wilderness (Lk. 8:29).

3. Seeing Jesus he cried with a loud voice and be sought Him not to torment him (Lk. 8:28).

4. When Jesus asked his name, he said that it was ‘Legion’, because there were many devils in him (Lk. 8:30).

Moral

Though one may be bound by many kinds of devils for several years, when one comes to Jesus perfect deliverance can be experienced.
