Jesus Stills the Wind and the Sea

Mark 4:35-41
Lesson Content
1. One day Jesus and His disciples sailed in a ship (Mk. 4:35,36).
2. There arose a great storm of wind and the waves beat against the ship and filled it (Mk. 4:37).
3. Jesus was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow (Mk. 4:38).
4. The disciples woke Him up and said, ‘Master, carest thou not that we perish?’ (Mk. 4:38).
5. He arose, rebuked the wind and the sea and stilled them (Mk. 4:39).
6. Jesus rebuked the disciples of their fear and unbelief (Mk. 4:40).
7. The disciples feared exceedingly and marvelled at the incident (Mk. 4:41).
Moral
Our God is able to do supernatural things. There is nothing too hard for the Lord.
